Introduction: the offer and online sale of products on the website www.hempembassy.it are governed by the following general conditions of sale. Prohibited the sale of hemp, CBD, light cannabis and derivatives to children under 18 years. Among the products on sale there are inflorescences and derivatives of Cannabis Sativa L.: permitted uses of which law 242/16; THC content below the legal limits. All products sold under the category Cannabis Light are intended for technical use, not intended for human consumption, unless otherwise indicated and do not show doping efficacy. All trademarks on the site belong to the legitimate owners; third-party trademarks, names and images of products, trade names, corporate names and companies cited may be trademarks owned by their respective owners or registered trademarks of other companies and have been used for purely explanatory purposes and for the benefit of the owner, without any purpose of violation of copyright in force.
1) For the purchase of the Products, the Customer must insert the selected Product/s/s in the appropriate “Cart” and, after having viewed and accepted the contribution for the delivery costs, You can proceed with the purchase after entering the data required for shipping and billing.
2) After this operation, the Customer will see a screen containing the summary of the purchase order, including delivery costs, with the request for a further confirmation of the purchase procedure.
3) After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the type of payment desired and “click” the button to proceed.
4) With the confirmation of the purchase order by the Customer, the conditions of sale and further information contained on the site will be considered fully known and accepted by the Customer, who also declares that he is of age.
5) The Order Confirmation by Greenery s.r.l. sent to the Customer at the e-mail address indicated, will constitute acceptance of the contractual proposal.
6) The contract shall be deemed concluded and shall be binding on both parties when the Order Confirmation is sent to the Customer.
7) After payment you will receive an e-mail notifying you of receipt of payment and from that moment on the timing for the preparation and shipment of your order; if the method of cash payment on delivery by cash on delivery has been selected, the order will be prepared and shipped with the same time as the orders paid. The payment of the amount of cash on delivery is not optional and the Customer cannot refuse to accept and/ or pay the package to the courier, since choosing the payment method on delivery has been accepted anyway the contract and the terms and conditions of sale. You can cancel the contract only after receiving and paying for the goods, as described in “right of withdrawal”.
8) Should our staff find errors in your order or consider your order cannot be processed in the time and manner requested, you will be given timely notice, which will indicate your order as REFUSED; if you receive this message please contact us at [email protected].
9) Any right of the Customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or non-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and/or property caused by non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or cancellation due to non-payment within the deadline set.
10) In the product shop published on the Hemp Embassy website, the availability of the products, even if they are constantly updated, may change not in real time and without notice.
11) You are purchasing products that can be viewed and described on our website and you agree that the images of the products may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics, but may differ in color and shades, dimensions or accessory products present in the figure. The images are therefore to be understood as mere generic representation of the products.
1) The prices of the Products are expressed in Euro and include all applicable taxes and/or duties.
2) The prices of the Products do not include delivery costs and any cash on delivery, the amounts of which will be indicated to the Customer in the summary of the purchase order.
3) The price of the Product will be that indicated on the site at the time of order. Therefore, they will not be able to detect any increase or decrease in price, even in connection with promotional sales prior to or after the purchase order.
4) The only methods of payment are by bank transfer (in this case the order will be taken in charge on the day of receipt of payment) or cash on delivery (with additional cost indicated in the summary) and with credit cards through a secure system of control and payment for online sales. These may vary or be made unavailable and the customer is required to complete the checkout with the methods made available at the time of purchase.
5) If the circuit will not be available, choose the one available at the time of order or other forms of payment. If the payment transaction is successful, but you do not receive our order confirmation email (also check the junk mail), contact us at [email protected] that we will verify the problem.
6) The cash payment on delivery is binding upon purchase. You can therefore not pick up the package to avoid paying cash on delivery. If you no longer want the goods ordered, you must exercise the right of withdrawal (at the point “E”) after collecting and paying your order.
7) Other unspecified forms of payment are not accepted.
1) The delivery of the products will be made by courier and the times will vary depending on the destination, the time when the order will be acquired and the availability of the product itself.
2) For the goods available Greenery s.r.l. will deliver by express courier at the indicated times, specifying that these may undergo changes or exceptional hitches (vehicle failures, adverse weather conditions, staff strikes, etc.) and have mere indicative value. For the islands, Calabria and more peripheral localities the times of delivery can be extended and the delivery in 48 working hours from the fulfillment of the order is not guaranteed.
3) Our system has calculated the shipping costs in Italy based on some parameters dictated by the national couriers and you can check the cost of your shipment at the end of completing your order, reading the summary. Please carefully check the order summary and the costs listed so as not to incur problems of various kinds before sending your order and especially before payment. For Sicily, Calabria and Sardinia the shipping cost would be greater but we preferred not to add supplements to compensate for the probably slower delivery. For the smaller islands instead the shipping cost has a surcharge that must always be included in the cart as a normal item.
4) The delivery times after shipment and any delays do not depend on Greenery s.r.l. which however undertakes to mediate and try to resolve with the courier any problem related to delivery. The Customer, with the acceptance of our terms of use, exempts Greenery s.r.l. from any liability in this regard. For shipping will be used the address provided during the purchase procedure or when registering at the site, then carefully fill in the full address field in its entirety, and possibly leave a correct number of a cell phone that will be returned to the carrier who will contact you if he has problems with delivery or to fix a second.
5) The courier sends by mail in waybill number, so the recipient can conveniently check the tracking of their shipment. Possible and unpleasant extra expenses due to the recipient’s default (e.g. non-delivery due to repeated absence of the recipient, incorrect or incomplete delivery address or failure to collect parcels from branches or storage points), are not included in the tariff and go to increase the cost of shipping and therefore paid separately.
If there are inside the package received, damaged or incomplete goods, it is necessary to send within 48 working hours of receiving the package, an e-mail to our address [email protected], with attached photographic documentation of the damaged goods. The e-mail must also contain the reference of the order number, invoice and shipping. With the opening of the file we will proceed to the withdrawal of the defective product and to the refund of the cost of the goods, or to a new shipment of the damaged goods if available, or to send a discount code to use in a subsequent purchase.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 64 and ss. D. Lgs. n.206/05 the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal, without any penalty and without specifying the reason.
The Customer must follow this simple procedure:
1) Send to Greenery srl within 2 working days of receipt of the Product (the products ordered on delivery must be paid anyway), by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, your will to withdraw from the contract, indicating also the reference of the order number, invoice and shipping, and the IBAN and the holder of the current account where to return the money.
2) Provide at your own expense (using a courier of your choice) the shipment of the product you want to return to the address indicated by Grenery srl. The product must be intact and carefully packed in the original packaging by inserting a copy of the registered letter and invoice.
3) Greenery s.r.l. will proceed, by bank transfer, to the refund relating to the cost indicated in the purchase order, or to that relating to the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised, within 10 working days following receipt of the Products. Delivery costs and any additional costs (e.g. expenses for cash on delivery and/or stocks) are not borne by Greenery s.r.l. and are therefore excluded from reimbursement.
4) The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be ineffective if the returned product is not intact, or the original packaging is missing, or for lack of integral elements of the product, or for damage to the product for causes other than transport.
The customer accepts that in case of disputes the competent court will be the one selected by Greenery s.r.l.
1) In order to purchase the Products on the Site, you must provide the personal data requested in the appropriate form during the procedure for the purchase of the products or if you intend to register on the site.
2) The data provided are processed by Greenry srl for the purposes and in the manner described below and in full compliance with D. Lgs. 196/2003 (Code on the processing of personal data) and its subsequent amendments.

3) The processing of data for the stated purposes takes place both in automated and non-automated ways for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
4) The provision of personal data by the user is optional. Any refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in letter a) of point 2 above will make it impossible to purchase the Products on the Site.
5) On the contrary, any refusal to provide data for the purposes referred to in letter b) does not determine any consequence on the possibility of purchasing the Products on the Site.

7) The personal data provided to Greenery s.r.l. are known exclusively by the subjects expressly appointed by the data controller and competent within the corporate structure for the performance of the activities necessary for the proper management of the relationship with the user for the purposes indicated. Outside of the corporate structure, your personal data is only transmitted to the companies that transport and deliver shipments and to their personnel in charge of these tasks.
8) The subjects to whom the personal data refer can, at any time, exercise the rights pursuant to art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/2003 and in particular the right to obtain the confirmation of the existence or not of the data, ask for the correction, the integration and the cancellation, sending written request addressed to CLI s.r.l.
The customer gives his consent to receive on the e-mail box indicated in the order, an e-mail to review the products and evaluate how the experience on our site was.

The contract between Greenery srl and the Customer is governed by Italian law.
In the event of a disservice or dispute between Greenery s.r.l. and the Customer, the Court of the place of residence of the owner of this site shall have jurisdiction.
