Introduction: The online offering and sale of products on the website www.hempembassy.it are governed by the following general terms and conditions of sale. The sale of hemp, CBD, \u201ccannabis light,\u201d and derivatives to individuals under the age of 18 is prohibited. Among the products for sale are inflorescences and derivatives of Cannabis Sativa L.: permitted uses as defined by Law 242\/16; THC content below legal limits. All products sold under the \u201cCannabis Light\u201d category are intended for technical use only, not for human consumption, unless otherwise indicated, and have no psychoactive effects. Products purchased on the website are sold by: <\/em>

All trademarks appearing on this website belong to their respective owners; Third-party trademarks, product names and images, trade names, corporate names, and companies mentioned may be trademarks owned by their respective owners or registered trademarks of other companies and have been used solely for explanatory purposes and for the benefit of the owner, without any intent to infringe upon applicable copyright laws.<\/p>

A. How to Purchase<\/strong><\/h3>

1) To purchase Products, the Customer must add the selected Product(s) to the \u201cShopping Cart\u201d and, after reviewing and accepting the shipping fee, may proceed with the purchase after entering the required shipping and billing information.<\/p>

2) Once this step is complete, the Customer will see a screen displaying a summary of the purchase order, including shipping costs, along with a request for further confirmation of the purchase process.<\/p>

3) After viewing the summary, the Customer must select the desired payment method and \u201cclick\u201d the button to proceed.<\/p>

4) Upon the Customer\u2019s confirmation of the purchase order, the terms and conditions of sale and any additional information contained on the website shall be deemed to have been fully understood and accepted by the Customer, who further declares that he or she is of legal age.<\/p>

5) The Order Confirmation sent by Greenery s.r.l. to the Customer at the specified email address shall constitute acceptance of the contract proposal.<\/p>

6) The contract shall be deemed concluded and shall be binding on both parties upon the dispatch of the Order Confirmation to the Customer.<\/p>

7) After payment, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your payment, and the processing and shipping times for your order will begin from that moment; If you selected cash on delivery as your payment method, your order will be prepared and shipped within the same timeframe as orders paid in full. Payment of the cash-on-delivery amount is mandatory, and the Customer may not refuse to accept and\/or pay for the package to the courier, since by choosing the cash-on-delivery payment method, the contract and the terms and conditions of sale have already been accepted. The contract may be canceled only after receiving and paying for the goods, as described in \u201cRight of Withdrawal.\u201d <\/p>

8) If our staff finds any errors in your order or determines that your order cannot be fulfilled within the requested timeframe and in the requested manner, you will be notified promptly, and your order will be marked as REJECTED; if you receive such a message, please contact us at info@hempembassy.it<\/a>.<\/p>

9) The Customer shall have no right to damages or compensation, nor shall the Company be liable, whether contractually or otherwise, for any direct or indirect damages to persons and\/or property resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order or from its cancellation due to failure to pay by the established deadline.<\/p>

10) In the product shop on the Hemp Embassy website, product availability\u2014even though it is constantly updated\u2014may change in a non-real-time manner and without prior notice.<\/p>

11) You are purchasing products that are displayed and described on our website, and you acknowledge that the product images may not perfectly represent the products\u2019 characteristics but may differ in color and shades, dimensions, or accessories shown in the images. The images are therefore to be considered merely a general representation of the products. <\/p>

B. Payment<\/strong><\/h3>

1) Product prices are listed in euros and include all applicable taxes and\/or duties.<\/p>

2) Product prices do not include shipping costs or any cash-on-delivery charges; these amounts will be indicated to the Customer in the purchase order summary.<\/p>

3) The price of the Product will be the price listed on the website at the time of the order. Therefore, any price increases or decreases\u2014including those related to promotional sales occurring before or after the purchase order\u2014will not apply. <\/p>

4) The only accepted payment methods are bank transfer (in which case the order will be processed on the day payment is received), cash on delivery (with an additional fee indicated in the summary), and credit cards via a secure online payment system. These options may vary or become unavailable, and the customer is required to complete checkout using the methods available at the time of purchase. <\/p>

5) If the payment method is unavailable, please choose the one available at the time of ordering or another payment method. If the payment transaction was successful but you do not receive our order confirmation email (please also check your spam folder), please contact us at info@hempembassy.it<\/a> and we will look into the issue. <\/p>

6) Cash-on-delivery payment is binding upon purchase. Therefore, you cannot refuse to accept the package in order to avoid paying the cash-on-delivery fee. If you no longer wish to keep the goods you ordered, you must exercise your right of withdrawal (as described in section \u201cE\u201d) after you have accepted and paid for your order. <\/p>

7) We do not accept any other forms of payment not listed here.<\/p>

C. Shipping<\/strong><\/h3>

1) Products will be delivered by courier to the following European countries: Italy, Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Bulgaria, Croatia, Poland, Romania, Slovenia, Hungary, Norway, and Sweden. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination, when the order is placed, and the availability of the product. <\/p>

2) For in-stock items, Greenery s.r.l. will deliver via express courier within the specified timeframes, noting that these may be subject to changes or exceptional delays (vehicle breakdowns, adverse weather conditions, staff strikes, etc.) and are provided for informational purposes only. For the islands, Calabria, and more remote areas, delivery times may be longer, and delivery within 48 business hours of order fulfillment is not guaranteed; in fact, delivery typically takes at least 72 business hours. <\/p>

3) Our system has calculated shipping costs within Italy based on certain parameters set by national carriers, and you can check the cost of your shipment at the end of the ordering process by reviewing the summary. Please carefully review the order summary and the listed costs to avoid any issues before submitting your order and, above all, before making payment. For Sicily, Calabria, and Sardinia, shipping costs would normally be higher, but we have chosen not to add surcharges to compensate for the likely slower delivery. For the smaller islands, however, shipping costs include a surcharge that must always be added to the cart as a regular item. <\/p>

4) Delivery times after shipment and any delays are beyond the control of Greenery s.r.l., which nevertheless undertakes to mediate and attempt to resolve any delivery-related issues with the carrier. By accepting our Terms of Use, the Customer releases Greenery s.r.l. from any liability in this regard. The address provided during the purchase process or when registering on the website will be used for shipping; therefore, please fill out the \u201cFull Address\u201d field carefully in its entirety, and if possible, provide a valid cell phone number, which will be given to the carrier so they can contact you in case of delivery issues or to schedule a second delivery attempt. <\/p>

5) The carrier sends the waybill number via email, so the recipient can easily track their shipment. Any additional charges resulting from the recipient\u2019s failure to comply (e.g., undelivered packages due to the recipient\u2019s repeated absence, an incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete delivery address, or failure to pick up packages from branches or drop-off points) are not included in the rate and will increase the shipping cost; therefore, they must be paid separately. <\/p>

D. Warranty for Defective Goods<\/strong><\/h3>

If the package you received contains damaged or incomplete merchandise, you must send an email to info@hempembassy.it<\/a> within 48 business hours of receiving the package, attaching photographs of the damaged merchandise. The email must also include the order number, invoice number, and shipping number. Once the case is opened, we will arrange for the defective product to be picked up and refund the cost of the merchandise, or reship the damaged item if available, or send a discount code to be used on a future purchase. <\/p>

E. Right of Withdrawal\/Refund<\/strong><\/h3>

Pursuant to Articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206\/05, the Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal without penalty and without providing a reason. <\/p>

The customer must follow this simple procedure:<\/p>

1) Send a registered letter with return receipt to Greenery srl within 2 business days of receiving the Product (products ordered with cash on delivery must still be paid for), your intention to withdraw from the contract, also indicating the order number, invoice number, and shipping reference, as well as the IBAN and the name of the account holder to whom the refund should be sent.<\/p>

2) At your own expense (using a shipping carrier of your choice), ship the product you wish to return to the address provided by Grenery srl. The product must be in good condition and carefully packed in its original packaging, with a copy of the registered letter and the invoice included inside. <\/p>

3) Greenery s.r.l. will issue a refund via bank transfer for the amount indicated in the purchase order\u2014specifically, for the Products for which the right of withdrawal has been exercised\u2014within 10 business days of receiving the Products. Shipping costs and any additional charges (e.g., cash-on-delivery fees and\/or storage fees) are not the responsibility of Greenery s.r.l. and are therefore excluded from the refund. <\/p>

4) The right of withdrawal will not be valid if the returned product is not in good condition, if the original packaging is missing, if any integral parts of the product are missing, or if the product has been damaged for reasons other than shipping.<\/p>

The customer agrees that, in the event of a dispute, the competent court shall be the one selected by Greenery s.r.l.<\/p>

F. Privacy<\/strong><\/h3>

1) To purchase Products on the Website, you must provide the personal information requested in the appropriate form during the product purchase process or if you intend to register on the website.<\/p>

2) The data provided is processed by Greenry srl for the purposes and in the manner described below, and in any case in full compliance with Legislative Decree 196\/2003 (Code on the Processing of Personal Data) and its subsequent amendments. <\/p>

The personal data you provide is processed for the following purposes:<\/p>

  1. obligations related to the execution and performance of the contract;<\/li>
  2. statistical purposes and the sending of promotional material, including via email.<\/li><\/ol>

    3) Data processing for the purposes described above is carried out using both automated and non-automated methods for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which the data was collected. Specific security measures are in place to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use, and unauthorized access. <\/p>

    4) The provision of personal data by the user is optional. Any refusal to provide such data for the purposes set forth in subparagraph (a) of point 2 above will make it impossible to purchase Products on the Site. <\/p>

    5) Conversely, any refusal to provide data for the purposes set forth in subparagraph (b) will not affect your ability to purchase Products on the Site.<\/p>

    6) The data controller is Greenery s.r.l.<\/p>

    7) Personal data provided to Greenery s.r.l. is known exclusively to those individuals expressly authorized by the data controller and who, within the company\u2019s organizational structure, are responsible for carrying out the activities necessary for the proper management of the relationship with the user in accordance with the stated purposes. Outside the company structure, the user\u2019s personal data is transmitted only to companies responsible for the transport and delivery of shipments and to their personnel designated to perform these tasks. <\/p>

    8) The individuals to whom the personal data refer may, at any time, exercise the rights set forth in Article 7 of Legislative Decree 196\/2003, and in particular the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not the data exist, to request their correction, supplementation, and deletion by sending a written request addressed to CLI s.r.l. <\/p>

    I. Reviews<\/strong><\/h3>

    The customer consents to receiving an email at the email address provided in the order, inviting them to review the products and rate their experience on our website.<\/p>

    I. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/h3>

    The contract between Greenery srl and the Customer is governed by Italian law.<\/p>

    In the event of a service disruption or dispute between CLI s.r.l. and the Customer, the court with jurisdiction shall be that of the place of residence of the owner of this website.<\/p>
